HOW WE DO THE VIRTUAL GOOD FAITH EXAM?
Once the client has booked their appointment with the spa or clinic, SpaExams receives the good faith exam request. The client is sent a link to book the GFE. The client will receive a link to the waiting room. The GFE is then performed and sent to the clinic with the approved treatment. For best results, the virtual Good Faith Exam should be performed 24 hours ahead of the booked treatment with the clinic to ensure the client is cleared.
MEDICAL CLEARANCE FOR SEMAGLUTIDE
Semaglutide medical clearance performed by DocUspa requires an initial visit to begin the program with follow-ups every 25 days while titrating up the dosage. SpaExams does not approve semaglutide on a one-time basis. All clinical notes pertaining to semalgutide are for 25-day approval only. Clients must return 25 days later for the clinic or clinician to receive additional approval.
