HOW TO BOOK THE GOOD FAITH EXAM

Referring a new client for a Good Faith Exam to SpaExams? 

• Upon registration the clinic will receive a unique link for booking.  
• Clinic can schedule for their client the time that is needed whether real time or a future booking.
• Follow the prompts to choose the type of GFE. 
• Enter in all information for your client.  Name, Email, Date of Birth, Mobile phone, and choose yes for appointment reminder. 
• In the note, please type the name of your clinic or med spa. 
• That's it, the fully automated system will take over and send your client the link they need to join their provider.

Here are some helpful hints when entering the video visit.

• Laptop, tablet or phone required
• Quiet, private and comfortable place
• Well lit area
• Makeup free is preferred for cosmetic injectables.

We offer real time and future GFE's:

• Clients can book in real time.
• Clients can book for a future date.
• Clients will receive a  link prior to their GFE to join the provider.
• Upon completion of the GFE, the signed approved note/orders is uploaded to the clinics portal.
• The clinic portal allows for secure messaging, document uploading, and paying invoices. 

The Good Faith Exam takes only minutes to complete!

• Your provider will preview your intake form and ensure all consent forms have been signed.  
• Provider will begin the assessment based on your upcoming treatment, review medical history, medications and any concerns
• On completion provider will submit their recommendation to your med spa or clinic. 

So something went wrong during your Good Faith Exam? 

• Your provider will go over any possible conflicts for your upcoming treatment. 
• You can see a full list of issues that may come up that would prevent treatment here.  
• As this is a recommendation, the treating provider will review the assessment as well and make final determination.
